PRIVATE AND CURATED LESSONS SUITED FOR
ALL BODY TYPES, HEALTH, AND RELATIONSHIPS.
This two hour course will go over the fundamentals of Shibari, it is quite dangerous to tie or be tied without learning. The possibility of long term injury from Shibari is very real, and so the first hour give or take will be me explaining and demonstrating how to be safe. You will not just learn how, but why, so that a full understanding is had. By the end of the lesson you will have the ability to do basic Shibari and know what to further study.

What to expect?
- Firstly when I arrive we will sit down and go over the waiver and I will explain a few of the critical points. You should have read it already though before I come (LIABILITY WAIVER). After you sign you will then pay in full.
- I will then present graphics to explain vulnerable areas of the body and associated injuries and risks. I will then go over ways to reduce risk of injury. I will go over why at risk individuals are dangerous to bind.
- I will then go into the history of Shibari and what the desired effects are and why people desire them.
- Finally, I will learn what health problems you may have, what your general preferences are, your desires from the experience, and make on the spot adjustments in what you learn.
- The length of this conversation depends on how many questions are asked and it’s important that they are asked.
- Only then will demonstrations of rope skills be done and the tying itself and this can go on for some time.
20 minutes before the desired end will all of the tying be slowly undone and some basic aftercare will be done. This looks like a discussion of the sensations felt, conclusions as to what was learned about yourself, and stretches. Generally, after a session, it's best to take it easy for the rest of the day.
